What this website collects
You don’t need an account to use this website, and we don’t use advertising trackers. When you use the Body Explorer, your selections stay in your own browser and are never sent to us.
Visit statistics and chat
To understand which pages help people find care, we count visits with privacy-friendly analytics that run on our own server, use no cookies, and do not identify you. If you use the chat window, your messages go to our team’s inbox, also on our own server, so we can reply; please don’t share detailed medical information in chat.
Forms you send us
When you fill in a form on this website (a company enquiry, a doctor’s referral, a rehab enquiry, a sports enquiry or a branch waiting list), we store what you send so our team can reply. The clinic manager receives a short WhatsApp alert with your name and phone number. Surgery details, diagnoses and patient names are never put in those alerts; they stay in our secure records.
Information you share with us
When you book or attend an appointment, we collect what we need to care for you: your name, contact details, and health information relevant to your treatment. We use it only to provide and follow up on your care, and we keep it confidential within our clinical team.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent you have given, subject to any records we must keep by law. To make a request, call us on +91 99946 61767.
